As your hair doctor, I want you to be 100% happy with your hair! It is important to me.

If you are not happy I am here for you.

Things to note;

I do not offer refunds. I am more than happy to make adjustments to your hair. This is a collaborative experience, it takes open communication on both sides to get the hair of your dreams just right..

Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the service.

You will no longer qualify if another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.

Policies

By Booking an appointment with me you are agreeing to all policies. Please read all of them carefully.

Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged for the entire service.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged for the entire service and will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future appointments.

Late Policy

Don’t be late, if you are running late, let me know. If you are later than 20 mins you will need to reschedule.

I reserve the right to turn anyone away who is not following these policies.
